Description
Crispy homemade truffle potato chips made in an air fryer. A simple yet flavorful snack with minimal oil.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the slices with truffle oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline slicer for even thickness.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
