Description
A quick and easy air fryer tuna melt with crispy bread and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 slices bread
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Mix tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the tuna mixture on one slice of bread.
- Top with cheese and the second slice of bread.
- Butter the outside of both bread slices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4 minutes, flip, then cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Adjust cooking time for crispier bread.
