Description
Crispy and healthy air fryer turnip chips made from white and golden turnips. A perfect low-calorie snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium white turnips, thinly sliced
- 2 medium golden turnips, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice turnips thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Toss turnip slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Thinner slices yield crispier chips.
- Check frequently to avoid burning.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
