Description

A hearty and flavorful soup made with air-fried Tuscan sausage and gnocchi, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tuscan sausage, casings removed
  • 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the sausage with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Air fry the sausage for 8-10 minutes, breaking it into small pieces, until browned.
  4. In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  5. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and cooked sausage to the pot. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the gnocchi and chopped spinach. Cook for 5-7 minutes until gnocchi is tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
