Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, sliced into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cucumber fries with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and dill to make tzatziki.
- Serve cucumber fries with tzatziki sauce.
