Description
Crispy and flavorful lamb bites cooked in an air fryer, served with a refreshing Tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- 500g lamb, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix the lamb pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the lamb in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the lamb cooks, prepare the Tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and minced garlic.
- Serve the lamb bites hot with the Tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the lamb dry before seasoning.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Let the lamb rest for 2-3 minutes before serving for juicier bites.
