Description

A creamy vegan cheese ball made with cashews, perfect for spreading on crackers or dipping vegetables. This air fryer version is quick and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped, for coating)


Instructions

  1. Drain soaked cashews and blend with nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in chopped parsley.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Place cheese ball in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until slightly firm.
  5. Let cool before serving with crackers or vegetables.

Notes
