Description
A delicious dairy-free pizza made with vegan cheese and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy crust.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made vegan pizza crust
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese shreds
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle vegan cheese shreds on top.
- Add bell peppers and mushrooms.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle oregano.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the crust is crispy.
- Remove, slice, and serve.
