Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine sliced bell peppers, onion, and zucchini with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the vegetables until evenly coated with the spices.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
