Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mole sauce
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot with mole sauce.
