Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed and torn into pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, toss kale with olive oil, salt, lemon zest, and orange zest.
- Place kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
