Description
Crispy air-fried wontons with a sweet and sour dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup ground pork or chicken
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix ground meat, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper into a triangle and seal the edges with water.
- Brush the wontons lightly with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For a vegetarian option, replace meat with tofu or mushrooms.
