Ingredients
- 2 large yucca roots, peeled and cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the yucca fries with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut yucca in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
