Crispy air fryer wings coated in a sweet and savory Asian BBQ glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water


Instructions

  1. Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  3. Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 12 minutes.
  5. While wings cook, mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan.
  6. Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat.
  7. Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce to thicken.
  8. Toss cooked wings in the glaze until fully coated.
