Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)


Instructions
