Crispy and flavorful drumsticks with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze, cooked perfectly in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the spice mix.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While cooking, simmer balsamic vinegar, honey, and soy sauce in a saucepan until thickened.
- Brush glaze onto drumsticks and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
