Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss the wings in the mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 12 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and soy sauce. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by half (about 5-7 minutes).
- Toss the cooked wings in the glaze and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry thoroughly before seasoning.
