Ingredients
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Pour the balsamic vinegar into a small, oven-safe dish or ramekin.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until the vinegar thickens to your desired consistency.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Stir frequently to prevent burning.
- The reduction will thicken further as it cools.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
