Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with ketchup or aioli for dipping.
