Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the bread for 3 minutes until slightly toasted.
- Spread cottage cheese evenly on each toast.
- Top with berries and sliced almonds.
- Drizzle with honey if desired.
- Serve immediately.
