Description
A spicy twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring buffalo chicken cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese and buffalo chicken mixture between bread slices, buttered sides out.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sandwich in air fryer for 5 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce to taste.
- Use any preferred cheese.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
