Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
