Description

Enjoy these spicy and flavorful Caribbean jerk air fryer wings. They’re crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with bold jerk seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Caribbean jerk seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the wings with olive oil, jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
  6. Let the wings rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the cayenne pepper if you prefer less heat.
  • For extra crispiness, spray the wings lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce like ranch or Caribbean jerk mayo.
