Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Caribbean jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, mix the wings with olive oil, jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
- Let the wings rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the cayenne pepper if you prefer less heat.
- For extra crispiness, spray the wings lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
- Serve with a dipping sauce like ranch or Caribbean jerk mayo.
