Description
A quick and delicious snack made with pizza dough, cheese, and garlic, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread minced garlic evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut the log into 1-inch slices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the rolls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Brush the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use freshly grated mozzarella for the best melt.
- If the dough is sticky, lightly flour your hands.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
