Description
Crispy and flavorful drumsticks with a zesty chipotle lime marinade, cooked perfectly in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat dry the drumsticks with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the drumsticks evenly with the marinade.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.

- Marinate for at least 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
