Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Cook bacon in an air fryer at 400°F for 8 minutes, then chop.
- In a large pot, brown ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add cooked bacon and Swiss cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
