Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Grease a small oven-safe bowl or ramekin.
- Pour the batter into the bowl.
- Place the bowl in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
