Description
A hearty and flavorful beef and bean chili made easily in your air fryer, perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned beef in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Stir in beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Cook for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- For extra heat, add a diced jalapeño.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
