Description
A hearty and flavorful beef stroganoff casserole made in the air fryer, perfect for Christmas dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Stir in mushrooms, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in sour cream and cooked egg noodles.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe casserole dish.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute beef with chicken or mushrooms for a vegetarian version.
