Description

A spicy and creamy buffalo chicken soup made easily in an air fryer, perfect for a cozy Christmas meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. Place chicken mixture, celery, carrots, butter, garlic powder, and onion powder in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the air fryer. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles before serving.
