Description
A spicy and creamy buffalo chicken soup made easily in an air fryer, perfect for a cozy Christmas meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Place chicken mixture, celery, carrots, butter, garlic powder, and onion powder in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the air fryer. Stir well.
- Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Garnish with blue cheese crumbles before serving.

- Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spiciness.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
