A quick and easy air fryer lasagna made with cauliflower rice for a healthier twist. Perfect for a festive Christmas meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cauliflower rice, ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grease an air fryer-safe dish with olive oil.
  4. Layer half the cauliflower mixture, followed by half the marinara sauce. Repeat layers.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
