A quick and easy air fryer lasagna made with cauliflower rice for a healthier twist. Perfect for a festive Christmas meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cauliflower rice, ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Grease an air fryer-safe dish with olive oil.
- Layer half the cauliflower mixture, followed by half the marinara sauce. Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh cauliflower rice for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
