Description
A quick and easy chicken divan casserole made in the air fryer, perfect for a festive Christmas meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter, then sprinkle over the cheese.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Substitute cream of mushroom soup if preferred.
- For extra crunch, toast the breadcrumbs before adding.
