Description
A festive and easy-to-make Christmas chicken pot pie casserole cooked in an air fryer. Perfect for holiday meals with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, soup, milk, and spices.
- Spread the mixture in a greased casserole dish that fits your air fryer.
- Cover with the pie crust, sealing the edges.
- Cut slits in the crust for ventilation.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
