Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped bacon
- 1 tbsp chopped red onion
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Toss broccoli and cauliflower florets with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until lightly crispy.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked vegetables with the creamy dressing.
- Add shredded cheese, bacon, and red onion.
- Toss gently and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
