Description
A rich and creamy pasta dish combining the flavors of a loaded bacon cheeseburger with Alfredo sauce, made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, ground beef, bacon, Alfredo sauce, and half the cheese.
- Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with diced onions and tomatoes before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked bacon for quicker preparation.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add a splash of milk if the sauce is too thick.
