Description
A quick and crispy chicken Caesar bowl made in the air fryer, perfect for a festive Christmas meal.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and fully cooked.
- Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
- Toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
- Top the salad with chicken strips, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
- Serve immediately.
