Description
A festive and creamy deviled egg dip made in an air fryer, perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Instructions
- Place eggs in the air fryer basket and cook at 250°F for 15 minutes.
- Remove eggs and place them in ice water for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
- Scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites or serve as a dip.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
