Description
A quick and easy lasagna made in an air fryer or Dutch oven, perfect for Christmas dinner.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir marinara sauce into the cooked beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer noodles, beef sauce, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in the air fryer or Dutch oven.
- Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella on top.
- Cook in air fryer at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or in a Dutch oven at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles to save time.
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
