A creamy and flavorful egg salad dip perfect for Christmas gatherings, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top if using.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving with crackers or bread.
