Description
A delicious and healthy lasagna made in an air fryer, perfect for Christmas dinners.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Brown ground turkey in a pan with olive oil, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of an air fryer-safe dish.
- Layer noodles, turkey, ricotta, mozzarella, and sauce. Repeat layers.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free noodles if needed.
- Replace turkey with mushrooms for a vegetarian option.
