Description

A delicious and healthy lasagna made in an air fryer, perfect for Christmas dinners.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. Brown ground turkey in a pan with olive oil, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of an air fryer-safe dish.
  5. Layer noodles, turkey, ricotta, mozzarella, and sauce. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
