Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine salad greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Top salad with sliced chicken and feta cheese if using.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and serve immediately.
