Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Tear two large sheets of foil and divide chicken evenly between them.
