Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry potatoes for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add chopped bacon and air fry for 5 more minutes.
- Drizzle honey over potatoes and bacon, then air fry for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve warm.
