Description
A protein-packed lentil dip made in an air fryer, perfect for Christmas gatherings or healthy snacking.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine lentils, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Remove from the air fryer and stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- Use canned lentils for quicker preparation.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
