Description

A protein-packed lentil dip made in an air fryer, perfect for Christmas gatherings or healthy snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine lentils, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
  4. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  6. Serve warm with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
