Description
A delicious and easy Christmas meatloaf casserole made in the air fryer, perfect for holiday dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits inside the air fryer.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over the meatloaf.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and cook for another 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer (160°F internal temp).
