Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 diced jalapeño (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and mix in taco seasoning.
- Cut tortillas to fit your air fryer basket.
- Layer tortillas, meat mixture, salsa, and cheeses in the air fryer basket.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with cheese.
- Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- Top with sour cream, cilantro, and jalapeño before serving.
