A festive and easy-to-make casserole combining Mexican flavors with a holiday twist, perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 bag (10 oz) tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and stir to combine.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and diced green chiles.
- Crush tortilla chips and layer half at the bottom of an air fryer-safe dish.
- Spread half the beef mixture over the chips, then half the soup mixture.
- Sprinkle half the cheese on top.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Air fry for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with diced tomatoes, olives, and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Use gluten-free tortilla chips if needed.
- For extra heat, add jalapeños.
