A creamy, comforting ramen noodle soup with a festive twist, made quickly in your air fryer for a delicious holiday meal.
Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles (seasoning discarded)
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine vegetable broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, ginger paste, and garlic paste.
- Add ramen noodles, carrots, and mushrooms to the bowl.
- Place the bowl in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Remove the bowl carefully, drizzle with sesame oil, and garnish with green onions and chili flakes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by reducing or increasing chili flakes.
- Replace coconut milk with heavy cream for a richer taste.
- Add cooked chicken or tofu for extra protein.
