Description
A creamy and flavorful white bean dip infused with roasted garlic, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 whole garlic head, roasted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, and wrap in foil.
- Air fry the garlic for 20 minutes until soft and golden.
- Squeeze roasted garlic cloves into a blender or food processor.
- Add white beans, remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
