Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Assemble bowls with rice, steamed broccoli, and bell peppers.
- Top with shrimp and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.
